2024 WUPENiCity城市設計學(xué)生作業(yè)國際競賽

1.基地選擇

（1）可自選基地，或采用官方推薦基地（后續將陸續發(fā)布）；

（2）設計范圍不大于1km2。

1. Base selection

(1) You can choose your own base or the base recommended by the organizing committee(will be published in the future);

2.設計要求

（1）緊扣主題、立意明確、構思巧妙、表達規范，鼓勵具有創(chuàng )造性的思維與方法，鼓勵從智能技術(shù)發(fā)展背景下的城市空間及生活方式組織的視角進(jìn)行思考；

（2）表現形式與表現方法自定。

2.Design requirements

(1) Stick to the theme, clear conception, ingenious conception, standardized expression, creative thinking and methods, thinking from the perspective of urban space and lifestyle organization under the background of intelligent technology development are encouraged;

(2) Self-determined forms and methods of expression.

3.資格要求

（1）人數：每組只可提交1份參賽方案，團隊人數不可超過(guò)2人（含負責人），指導教師不可超過(guò)3人。每位參賽者只可署名一份作品（無(wú)論是作為負責人還是成員），每一個(gè)賬號僅能填寫(xiě)一份參賽注冊表單。負責人為第一作者，將按照報名時(shí)提交表單順序排序（隊員1、隊員2...指導教師1、指導教師2...）提交后將不可更改姓名、順序等資料，該信息將作為公布、證書(shū)上人員信息的唯一標準，一旦提交，不可更改作品信息。請各位選手謹慎填寫(xiě)并保存好參賽碼，以便后期查詢(xún)使用。參賽者可同時(shí)報名WUPENiCity平臺其他競賽；同一學(xué)校、同一教師指導的參賽作品無(wú)數量限制。

（2）成果資格：鼓勵參賽學(xué)生將參賽方案與所在學(xué)校本學(xué)年的正式規劃設計課程作業(yè)相結合，也支持自主選題創(chuàng )作。

3.Qualification requirements for contestants

（1）Each team can only submit one entry, the number of team members cannot exceed 2 (including the person in charge), and the number of instructors cannot exceed 3. Each participant can only sign one entry (either as the person in charge or as a member) and each account can only fill in one entry registration form. The person in charge is the first author and will be sorted according to the order in which the forms were submitted at the time of registration (team member 1, team member 2...). Instructor 1, Instructor 2...) It will not be possible to change the name, order and other information after submission. This information will be used as the only criterion for the information of the person on the publication and certificate, and the information of the work cannot be changed once it is submitted. Please fill in and save the entry code carefully for later checking and use. Participants may register for other competitions on the WUPENiCity platform at the same time; there is no limit to the number of entries from the same school or under the supervision of the same teacher.

（2）Students are encouraged to combine the competition plan with their school's formal planning and design course homework this academic year, and the creation of independent topics is also supported.

4.作品文件及格式要求

參賽作品需提交展板文件（JPG格式，不超過(guò)四張，圖幅設定為A1（84.1×59.4cm））、封面文件和作品簡(jiǎn)介;作品采用中文、英文、中英雙語(yǔ)均可。

（1）展板文件：JPG格式，不超過(guò)四張，圖幅設定為A1（84.1×59.4cm）。（應保證出圖精度，分辨率不低于300dpi，勿留邊，勿加框）每張圖大小不高于5M，文件以“參賽碼-1、參賽碼-2、參賽碼-3、參賽碼-4”命名；

（2）封面文件：需單獨上傳封面圖片1張，JPG格式，圖幅為16：9。封面文件將作為入圍作品平臺展示的封面，建議考慮其設計感和美觀(guān)性，封面文字只允許出現作品題目，文件以“參賽碼-封面文件”命名；

（3）作品簡(jiǎn)介：100-500字設計說(shuō)明，將作為作品簡(jiǎn)介展示，請直接在注冊表單頁(yè)面填寫(xiě)。

4. Requirements for the work

 You should submit Display panel file, Cover file and Introduction.The works can be written in Chinese, English or both Chinese and English.

(1) Display panel file: JPG format, no more than four sheets, and the picture frame is set to A1 (84.1 × 59. 4cm). (The drawing accuracy shall be guaranteed, and the resolution shall not be lower than 300dpi, with no edges and no frames) The total size shall not be larger than 50M, and the file shall be named "Entry Code-1, Entry Code-2, Entry Code-3 and Entry Code-4";

(2) Cover file: One cover picture should be uploaded separately, in JPG format, the picture frame of 16: 9. The cover document will be used as the cover displayed on the website of the shortlisted works, and it is suggested to take into account its design and aesthetics. Only the title of the work is allowed to appear in the cover text, and the document is named after "Entry Code-Cover File";

(3) Introduction to the work: 100-500 words of design instruction, which will be displayed as an introduction to the work. Please fill in directly on the Registration Form page.

本屆大賽采用“注冊-報名-提交”一體化線(xiàn)上表單征集作品，參賽者在WUPEN網(wǎng)站注冊用戶(hù)賬號后，即可前往競賽頁(yè)面，選擇相應競賽進(jìn)行報名。

進(jìn)入表單后，填寫(xiě)必填項，點(diǎn)擊保存即完成報名，獲得“參賽碼”（請注意保存記錄，在提交表單中可查看）。

從競賽開(kāi)始至作品提交截止日，參賽者可隨時(shí)編輯修改表單信息、上傳作品，也可在競賽首頁(yè)點(diǎn)擊“取消報名”放棄參賽。一旦點(diǎn)擊提交并確認，作品即進(jìn)入待評審后臺，不可再更改表單信息，只可取消報名后重新報名。

This competition adopts the integrated online form of "Registration-Sign-up-Submission" to collect works, and contestants can go to the website page and select the corresponding competition to sign up after registering the user account on WUPEN.

After entering the form, fill in the required items, click Save to complete the registration and obtain the "Entry Code".

From the start of the competition to the deadline for submission of works, contestants can edit and modify the form information, upload works at any time, or click "Cancel Registration" on the homepage of the competition to give up the competition. Once you click Submit and Confirm, no form information can be changed any more, only registration cancellation to re-register is allowed.

Please note when the application form is finally submitted that the exhibition of work and the award certificate will be sorted according to the order in which the team members fill in the form at the time of application.
